Imtech-Steri has been offering steam sterilization for dried ingredients for 20 years and collected extensive insights. For many customers, the process and the achievable results are not yet known.
Imtech-Steri is delighted to prove the technology for interested potential customers. In our showroom, we are able to conduct product trials with small amounts of spices (200 g - 2 kg).
How It Works
Our trial process is designed to be simple and transparent.
Send Your Sample
Ship 200 g to 2 kg of your product to our showroom. Customers cover transport costs.
We Sterilize
Small-scale product trials are conducted free of charge in our facility.
Attend or Receive
Potential customers can join the trials on-site or have the sterilized ingredients returned via post.
Microbial Analysis
Microbial analysis is not included. Imtech-Steri can recommend a nearby laboratory or you analyze after return.
Share Results
Imtech-Steri appreciates the data of the microbial analysis as compensation. The data is used to further improve the process.

Organoleptic Assessment
Customers receive a complete overview of the organoleptic changes to their product after sterilization, including visual appearance, flavour, taste, and texture evaluation.
