Engineering and Installation
Imtech-Steri handles the engineering and installation of steam sterilization autoclaves from start to finish: defining the right specification, integrating our itech control software, and commissioning the system on site. We work with all major brands and adapt the scope of every project to your process, your facility and your budget.
Flexible Project Scope
Many of our revamp activities include a new PLC system. But there are many other upgrades and updates, such as security standards or a new chamber in the existing set up. Imtech-Steri can adjust the scope of the projects according to customer needs.

The Imtech-Steri software can be integrated with any industrial steam sterilization autoclave. Thanks also to our food sterilizer and the upgrades, the software is running many autoclaves in Switzerland and all around the globe.

PLC system upgrades
From Specification to Commissioning
A successful installation starts long before the equipment arrives. We help you write user requirement specifications that truly fit your process, select the right autoclave, and plan the integration into your existing infrastructure. Once installed, we commission and test the system so it is ready for validation and production.
Validation-Ready Handover
Because we also validate and qualify autoclaves, we build every installation to be validation-ready. The system is documented and configured so that IQ, OQ and PQ can follow smoothly, in line with ISO 17665 and EN 285 and your GMP requirements.
